Case #1

Full Mouth Rehabilitation

This patient came in asking to restore her missing teeth.

Upon examination, Dr. Mostafa Samy Saad found a very deep bite and loss of vertical dimension.

The full protocol is shown in the video with all steps including scanning protocol of the full lower arch.

Case #2

A New Smile with a Fully Digital Protocol

The patient came asking for a new smile.

Preoperative scans, occlusion records, and photos were taken for Digital Smile Design.

It was planned not to change the occlusion, so the doctor worked on the preoperative bite.

Ten e.max CAD veneers were delivered successfully.

Case #3

Full-Arch Implant Case

For this full-arch implant case, Dr. Mostafa Samy Saad obtained the primary bite registration and used the first temporary prosthesis to:

- Adjust and record the second bite,

- Analyze lip and cheek support,

- Make a Digital Smile Design plan.

Medit Smile for Full Mouth Rehab

This patient came in with tooth surface loss.

A dentist’s nightmare was made easy with a fully digital protocol!

No facebow record or articulators were needed.

The doctor simply aligned the upper arch scan with a full skull CT as facebow replacement and made use of a digital articulator.

Medit Smile Design was used for this case.
