Telescopic Crown Over Denture in 1 Visit

With a full digital workflow, we were able to get a telescopic denture in one visit.
Usually, we need four to five visits to finish a case.
- Bite registration was completed in the first visit, so the lab could articulate the current height.
- Primary and secondary crowns were produced in the same procedure.
- No waxup was needed.
"Prep and registration. All in one visit."
The second visit simply consisted of cementation with a perfect fit.
6 Mandibular Implants via Edentulous Arch Scan

The Medit i700 was used for a patient needing a full arch rehab on implant due to partial edentulism and periodontal damage.
Dr. Antonino Cacioppo did a guided surgery with multiple extractions and positioning of 6 implants.
To finalize the case, he scanned the following using the i700:
- The upper jaw
- The lower jaw with provisional
- The lower jaw without provisional
- The lower jaw with scanbodies on implants
- Buccal bites
Everything was sent to the lab and his team was able to finish the case in a single visit with a full digital office/lab workflow.
The result was a screw-retained, milled zirconia/titanium Toronto Bridge.
Thanks to the accuracy of the intraoral scans, the case was finished without any occlusal retouch.
